Something that might amuse Joey

Post by Joshnickerson »

I was walking downtown when some valley girls came out of a store in front of me. I only caught a snippet of their conversation which went like this...

Girl 1 - "...was stupid! It was 'Barbie and the Holograms, right?"
Girl 2 - "No, it was JEM"
Girl 1 - "Oh, sh*t that's right!"
Then she just started shouting "JEM! JEM!" at the top of her voice, then they all started laughing.

Just thought that might amuse you.

Valley Girls? In Georgia?
Snowflake Studios, home of "Jerry Little", "Rainy Day Comics", "Scarlet, P.I.", "47 Meatballs", and more. Storming on the internet since 2000.

Apparently it's a really long valley.

I'm more, "Valley girls, in 2005??"

That's so, like, 20 years ago!

Gag me with an entire place setting!

I always thought the term "valley girl" pertained to any teenybopper who thinks they're hip because they use the word "like" in a sentence at LEAST four times (in a short sentence). In Wisconsin, I suppose you could call them Fox River Valley Girls...

Jem rocks! The only pink article of clothing I own is a Jem shirt. And Randy Moss should join the Misfits. But, that's a different thread...and, perhaps another idea for a 'Jeminem' type strip...hmm.

A ceramics minor? How useful.
