Anyway, so you can actually have a serious question, is there some sort of plothole going on? Mega Man first thought that these Robot Masters were Wilybots, but I thought he was supposed to know that Cossack made those bots...

Oh, and btw: if you didn't know, in MM4 the bots were Cossackbots.
