Heh, that looked odd to read... maybe I should give a method of pronounciation:

(1) Split names into syllables
(2) Approximate how the vowels sound
(3) Capitalize the stressed syllable (only one per word, one-syllable words don't require this)

For example:
Bob - Bawb
Judy - JEW-dee
Toto - TOE-toe
Niamh - Niamh (well, Neev)
Vigilante 6 - VIH-gih-lahn-tee siks
