After the fox! The naked fox.

So, Sybil also enjoys her "naked time". I'm sure that she and Arlo would have lots of stories to talk about. :D

*notices the sillhouette style third panel*

Hm, somebody else has been making use of this little technique, I see... I've found myself using those a lot more often... partly because I'm lazy, and partly because they add such a nice bit of atmosphere with the bold contrast between black and white... but mostly because I'm lazy. ;)

And for some reason, Alex just reminds me so much of Xe in this particular strip...

I see what you mean. Actually, Alex reminds me of me on this occasion. I was, well, very worried about this strip. I changed the dialogue several times, for one thing. I'd have funked it and scrapped the whole thing but Sybil's line was just too good to waste. (What a pick-and-mix of neuroses I really am.)

And I like silhouettes too, but I usually use them more because I'm tired and want to get a strip done than for particular effects. This time, though, I think it works nicely.

The thought of Sybil running full-tilt through the forest in the deepest part of a midwinter night didn;t exactly inspire felings of GUILT in me....
