You will be devoured, it creeps up on you and before you realize it you're part of a collective mind.

OoOOoo a collective! Fun! I tried one of those before but eventually drifted yonder into space unknown... And then I joined another... and another, mmmm, 4 times so far. Ahhh, the life of the nomad. Or something. Err, anyway, fan art! Yes indeedy! Sorry for it's rather poor quality, I didn't realise I was working on a smaller resoloution than I usually do for pictures soooo, you know, it just comes out odd... Well, I'll make something more substantial in the future, 'till then I hope you like Alex posing for the Russian MoD (siberian Corr). They're after models in real life actually

Me too! You've captured Alex' soul there, I think.

BTW, can't help wondering why the Russian MOD combine the beautifully camoflaged jacket and pants with the tomato-red hat.

Thank-you and thank-you! Wow, I wasn't expecting any praise, I feel so wierded out!

*sigh* As for why a red berret? Well I suppose it was silly of me to think everyone knew a little bit about the militry but oh well...

Every single soldier is issued with a secondary hat, well in the British, Russian and WW2 German armys as far I know. They also have markings and/or colour listing your rank. As you can see I know absoloute diddly squat about the Russian ranking system and just applied the British Red berret to his head. Well I know the Spetsnatz wear 'em so why not! It's Russian! Probably...

Anyway every soldier must wear his helmet once in any combat situation. The light wieght hat or berret is just there to save your neck from too much strain while not in combat... I should know. I tried wearing a German Coal Scuttle for 3 days. Ow.

Oh alright, I just wanted some colour in there! Leave me alone! *sniffle*
