It's Dylan Moran!!<P>Honestly, shame on all you people for not having heard of an obscure Irish comedian famous for one unpopular (if BAFTA-winnning) late-night UK sitcom and some incoherent stand-up. <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/wink.gif"><P>Although I now find it's <A HREF="http://www.comedycentral.com/tv_shows/blackbooks/" TARGET=_blank>shown on Comedy Central</A> too.
