Someone with Sybil's diet, element exposure, and irregular sleeping habits, and other possible factors I'm not aware of, can lead to, viewing the world in odd ways.
I wonder if she won't start viewing the world, or has ever viewed people thusly:
Louis Wain

And that's an artiste reply for you. Sorry.
(For future reference: if anyone wants to post something interesting or fun which doesn't have much to do with Tooth & Claw, go straight ahead. You don't have to somehow link it to the comic itself.)
To answer your post properly: I've a future storyline planned which'll deal with some distorted perceptions of reality, although probably not bred of deprivation. Then again, I think it's reasonable to say that most comedy and drama originates when one character's perceptions differ significantly from another's.
------------------

Beautiful pictures indeed. Although I don't see what Sybil has to do with it, really. (She's certainly not, in my knowledge, in danger of becoming a schizophrenic.)
------------------
