Okay, this was in Decision Maths (algorithms) rather than Physics, but I was particularly pleased with it.
I was having a conversation with a friend in which he asked a question (I forget what) and I answered 'I can't remember'; he agreed. He then realised that we clearly didn't know at all, and the 'forgetting' was a bluff. Thus, I created this homage, to all those who 'know this really but can't quite remember'.
It's also a homage to having graphic pens in school.

------------------

I wish (once again) I could draw well enough to show other people with out being laughed at, then that format would be nice for my random fits of madness...
------------------

What's the difference in the classical training method, and the Contemporary method?
BTW: Don't happen to know a good CD of Paganini's music played on Il Canone(sp?) do you?
Any other violin just isn't what I'm looking for.
~C.C.Q. Dobhran

Yuck! I hope I'll never get to take Physics. I'm a music major and this semester one of the pieces I have to learn is one of the Bach lute suites for guitar. I recently heard a recording of it and thought "Oh my God, that's two guitars right?" Being classically trained in music is not easy. It requires a lot of dicipline. If I get the chance I'll scan the music on here and show you. It's not easy.

Paganini? The violin virtuoso? I studied him for a bit last year but I don't know too much more of his works. At least as far as recordings go. Sorry. As for my training it goes like this...Everything I've learned for the last seven years has been on my own. It has been from ear and I've never read a note of music until last year. Now that I am learning my teachers are saying that I am now being classically trained and it's really hard. It's not exactly sitiing down and learning your favorite Beatles song. Instead now it's Bach, Carcassi and Fernando Sor. It's all great but my heart still lies in Rock and Roll. I'm doing this so I can improve as a musician and become more well-rounded. I don't like performing classically just yet. It's much to awkward.
