Publishing MLWTKK

I put up a poll on the main page to see how interested people are on the whole "Hardcopy of MLWTKK" deal.

I might publish it independently, that means, the whole printing and shipping coming out of my pocket.
BUT, if anyone has a good alternative (like a good publisher that might be interested in publishing it), just leave me a message here or e-mail me.
