Not <I>too</I> good at it I hope! When they
get too good at it, driving becomes hazardous.

Just a bit unused to the lapine display of
affection that is ear-touching. She's never
had anyone that she felt close enough to
exchange such a gesture, before now. <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/smile.gif"><P>

Oh yes, you have it pretty much right. Each
species has what are generally recognized as
certain specific little gestures and signals
that mean very special things to that species
(and in inter-species relationships the
gestures are sometimes combined) and with the
lapines of their world the ear-touch is <I>very</I>
special. Not just any old casual contact with
the ear, mind you - that doesn't mean anything.
But the ear-touch as meant to be a gesture of
affection, that is one of those things that
speaks volumes of emotions, to them. <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/smile.gif"><P>
