Jamie has a Fungus doll just like the one Kat wanted for a while.He also has a tickle-me-elmo.Additionaly, the game that Denny plays is Earthbound. This was based on an assumption, and later verified by the artist.

You are indeed observant (well, you live in my house too).
Clarification time:
1)This one time years ago I was in like Blockbuster Video or someplace and they had Super Mario beanie toys, including one of that little toadstool guy. I still regret not getting one, cause it was ultra cute and I've never seen them anywhere again. So yeah, Jamie has one. ...and yeah, that is Elmo that I tried to draw. I dunno if it's the tickle kind or not.
2)Ah, Earthbound. My favorite little Super Nintendo addiction. <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/biggrin.gif"> Yeah, although for the purposes of the comic he could be playing any nintendo game, for the record that is what I was thinking of when I drew it.

Paula is the best of the four, no question. (She's named Kris on mine!) Nerd alert - I've played through it multiple times ^_^

I like ebay.... I just got three Fraggle Rock episodes through it! w00t! Aside from that, Earthboard is definately on my top ten game list, such an awesome game...
