It has recently come to my attention that one of the members here on your forum has been infringing on my copyrighted, trademarked and very marketable ideas.

Some guy known as K-Dawg has apparently been doing a comic called Angry D. Monkey, which is clearly a rip of of a comic I've been doing for many, many years; Irritable M. Orangutan:



I have been producing and publishing this comic since the early 1950s. You can see proof of this on my website, which I have invested a lot of money in. I hereby order K-Dawg to take down his comic or I will sue the sweater-vest off his back! Here is a letter from my lawyer:

Legal T. Lawyerman, Esquire: a real lawyer wrote: Dear Sir K-Dawg:

You are hereby ordered to seas and desist all Angry D. Monkey activities and pay $2,000 to my client [client name] or I will sue you and take you're mony. Delete your site and destory all artwork relating to Angry D. Monkey or be sued.

You forgot to cover your comic comic with a huge copyright watermark; your claim is invalid.

Seems like a legit claim to me

I am beyond enraged! It has been more than 5 hours since I lodged my complained, and I have not received one red cent of the money owed to me. Not only that, but my first image has been removed from Photobucket for "Violat[ing] Terms of use." Obviously, this K-dawg has spammed my account and gotten the image removed. A clear admission of guilt, but he can't stop my constitutional rights! I'll just have to post more proof!

Clearly K-Dawg's comic is a parody of Irritable M. Orangutan, and thus falls under the Fair Use doctrine.

THAT'S NOT HOW PARODY WORKS OMG READ A BOOK! YOU CAN'T DO PARODY UNLESS I GIVE PERMISSION AND HAVE A WITNESS SIGN IT AND AM PAIED. (It's called the Coolio claws! Google it!)

Hello friends;

There have been apparent allegations against me that I have infringed upon someone else's comic. I've come here today to address these allegations by one IVstudios.

The truth is...he's right.

I was surfing something called the internet and came across this comic back in the 1950s. What a shock to me that such an amazing comic existed, I had to have it as my own. It took me over 50 years but I was finally able to make it my own. Irritable then became Angry and I then proceeded to feel the dizzying highs of a popular comic.

IV approached me two years ago making this claim that I stole his work, I then handled it diplomatically by shooting him in the mouth and throwing him down into a ditch. Seems that ditch wasn't deep enough and he's come back to take me on. I have nothing to hide here, I stole the idea from him but you know what IV...SUCK IT!

I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU SAY YOU CAN'T SUE ME, I'M ABOVE THE LAW BITCH! BRING ON YOUR LAWYERS I'LL SUE THEM! I'M THE K-DAWG BITCH! I RUN THIS TOWN!
