Searching for a Comic

It's been a long time since I read this comic, and a search through my bookmarks reveals I lost it. I can't remember the name, but I think it has something to do with a number, maybe a number in the name, like 5ive or similar. I found it from a link in a Penny Arcade SanFransisco ComicCon wrap up post, either 2003/2004. It was written by a girl, sort of a daily lifethrough skewed lens kind of thing like 'the Deivils Panties.'

The only comic I remember from it runs like this: Driving only the highway, the girl is driving slow to annoy the driver behind her. ending with the joke "you know, most agressive drivers drive fast."

Yeah Yeah, I know, but does anyone read this?
