We have only a few days until the Deadline. So please finish up your articles and send them on in for editing. We have yet to recieve the comic reviews so hopefully those will get flowing in. The site is looking good, Crossfire has done a very nice job. So please get your work in ASAP. =]

I should get that second comic made and into you tomarrow. It's outlined and everything I just need time to get it done. There where 3 tests this week so I'm a little overwealmed at the moment. If I have time I'l make a cover page for it as well.

If for any reason you are unable to get your work in by the deadline you can still send it to me at a later time. I have no life so I can add in an article at the last minute. But don't count on it. (and I don't make a good editor...) But this is a last resort thing. Mmkay.

Also some last notes: If you want to, feel free to use html in your article. (bold and italics, line breaks, use of images, ect.) And if you have an image you want to include as a little visual aid (see the front page for an example of this. See how the text wraps?) Send that in with your article specifying where you want it to appear. And be sure to include a little "Written by [your name]" And I can make the [your name] a link to your email or website. If you want to specify a url or addy feel free.

I hope you havent forgotten about me because I sure havent forgotten about you. Im just working on a neat little animation for our mascot.
Nothing big though but more than just winking and smiling

Should be finished on sunday. Is that ok?

Actually, I had a question. Is there a certain length you would like the articles to be? I have column ready, but it's only about 500 words. Is that alright?

As far as I know 500 should be fine. Oh and Keencrow don't forget to submit some bio info to Crossfire for the site.

And it looks good! I am definitly like the way it looks. Only one wee concern. Does it seem like the content of the page is getting pushed a bit too far down? It should be fine but it almost seems like the rest of the page is a bit low. Almost below the fold on an 800x600. But it looks quite good as is never-the-less. It might just be me.

Hm, yes it does seem to push down the content a lot :/
Now, my only idea right now would be to have a title of some sort or just ANYTHING beside it up there, cause right now it feels rather empty...

Any ideas what it could be??

edit: OR if I make it thinner we could put it to the left on the same height as the NavBox and have the Content in the center up higher?

I'm liking idea #1. But it would be nice if we could make banner or title bar to fill the space. Any volunteers for that?

And while I'm hunting for volunteers anyone have an idea for a link banner or button? As Dawg has so graciously offered to link it it would be nice to have button or two. (I'd do it myself but you can see what I did with my own banner down there...) Basically we need a logo.

Any takers?

I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to withdraw from the project, at least for now. I haven't got any spare time this semester (see my frantic ranting in the Crossovers forum for details).

Not a problem at all. It'll be sad to not have you on the team though. But if you ever have free time.

I was actually starting to wonder where you were. You haden't been on in so long. Glad to see your still around. =]
