Character reproduction

Last year on Station V3, two characters produced <a href="http://www.stationv3.com/d/20031022.html">offspring</a> (explosively), and <a href="http://www.stationv3.com/d/20041130.html">today</a> it's revealed that another character has reproduced.

Has anyone else been giving their webcomic characters kids?

Well, 2 of my characters are mother and son, but I guess you mean recently

I hint occasionally at ABOL and TESS getting together for some romance, but nothing so far. CPU claims to talk to his identical brothers and sisters in other universes.

Well a baby demon has been roaming around IftP recently... Haven't decided who it belongs too, but rumor has it, it might be Doomy and Sweetie's offspring.

Aeren and Callae of A God's Life have had a baby since their comic ended, but I haven't written a sequel to use it yet.

There are two kid-spawns in mine.

They're shown in a surprisingly positive light, considering I really don't like children in real life.

The introduction of mine gives me ability to make baby/kid jokes. Otherwise I'd be in the same boat.

Yeah, I sprung on my readers that one of my characters was divorced and actually had a son that even her best friend didn't know about.

Something like that... recently as in within the timeline of the comic. I revealed another character had a son, but that son was "born" before the comic started.

I've been thinking about reproduction of my characters, but any story line that involves it is a long way off.

Kat just got Herman, but that's about as close to having a kid as it's probably going to get in RotD.

Same here. If my strip runs long enough, some of the characters will reproduce.

*has sudden mad fits of giggles for a "what if they mated" type image for Ton and Angry*

You never know with my comic. If someone a character is based off of IRL gets pregnat, I'd depict it in the comic. could make for good comedy.

Just with my last update, one of the characters in SDXF admitted to have kids, but they're born years before the story begun.
Besides, both my comics have a story-span of a few weeks, not enough for characters to procreate.
