Out of curiosity I went over to siteadmin and looked at my Keenbucks to find they've actually updated.

I make the Fab Four K$11.35!!!!!!!!

If I, a humble servant of the people with a humble, unassuming comic make that, how much K$ are the KS big guns making?

I checked yesterday too. During the last month that I updated, it was at 49 dollars. Now I'm at 20! Wheeeee!

FireBird, without updating for 3 months due to school, has made KeenSpace $15 dollars in that time. And is costing them $1.70 to host.

I'm expensive to host, though, because my page size exceeds what is recommended, so those figures are about 90% of the Advertising Potential.

I never realized just how much Keenspace makes offa us. Does all of this actually go back to them?

It doesn't actually seem to be that much. Think about it in terms of salaries. Only the really big comics with their mucho ad dollars are covering for all the rest of us who make less than $100 a month.

Well, I wouldn't be sure about that.
It cost Keenspace $9 to host me in July, yet I raked in $101 in advertising giving them $92 profit off my back.

Unfortunately the figures are pretty much made up. Thanks to people using keenspace for hotlinking images, warez etc Keenspace barely breaks even. Dunno if it's any better now, not heard from Kisai about it recently.

Which isn't much, except it's like triple how much my site costs to host, and it beats how I was last year when I was making like 70 cents... I think I need to advertise more and get more hits.

Go to siteadmin area - where you manually update your comic. First link on top leads to the page where various stat data is given, including hypothetical money you earned.
