Halloween COstumes!!

Post by G-Lode »

I know. Call me a big dork, but every year for Halloween I try to find a sweet costume. I've been a faceless ghoul, a hulking troll (stuffed my whole body), Batman, and an elf Ranger over the last couple of years.

This year, my girlfriend and I are going up to PennState for a kick-ass Halloween Party and then in NYC for a couple of parties the following weekend with some friends.

I bought this full body zombie suit w/ mask, gloves, etc. It's scary as hell. I can't wait to wear it! :D

Does anyone else have Halloween costume ideas? :D

I've been Batman too, and it was great. I had cutouts of action bubbles like BAM! and I'd hit people with the bubble taped to my hand. So, you know, it'd look like my punches went BAM!...

Ghoul. I'm always a Ghoul.

I make a very spooky ghoul. I've had nearly three decades to perfect it.

Last year, I was an impovershed college student. The year before, a wide-eyed freshman.

This year, I think I'm going to be a pile of leaves.

Actually, I've been looking to find a proper green tie for my costume. I've looked through target, ross, and some thrift stores. Just can't find a plain bright green one. Anyone wanna send me one? :D

I'm either going as Alucard from Hellsing, or Himoura Kenshin from Rurouni Kenshin. I would go as Wolverine, but it'd be too easy to pull off since I already look like him...

We don't celebrate Halloween around here but we do have costume parties. The best one I ever had was this one. He's a goofy mexican superhero from the early 80's who was (and is) really big here in Brazil.

Sean Connery's Allan Quatermain from "League of Extraordinary Gentlemen."

One day me and my sister will agree and go as the Kuno siblings from Ranma 1/2. I already am a quote-toting kendoka, she's already a gymnast crazy bitch :)

I stopped going out for halloween when I was twelve.

Stupidest. Holiday. Ever.

I mean, for one day of the year, we completely undermine everything we tell our kids about strangers. *shakes head*

(I just eat my younger brother's candy.)

I AM NOT A NUMBER!

Post by Cortland »

Here's what I'd do: get a snappy black outfit--slacks, shoes, shirt, and jacket--a straw boater, then make a big white button with a pennyfarthing in the middle and a red number six. Then you can go as The Prisoner!

(OK, sometimes my inner sci-fi geek gets the best of me. You wanna piece of me? I'm right here!)

I don't want to go as a number, I'd rather go as a free man!

My sophomore year in highschool I went as a nudist. I wore black shorts and a black tshirt and took a piece of chalk and wrote "Censored over all the scandalous parts. I thought it was a pretty inventive costume. I don't think I'll dress up this year because I think I'll most likely be working and telling people "no we don't sell large bags of candy here" over and over again.
