Contemplating to be Webcomic reviewer...

Post by Kris X »

As a journalist, I've always wanted to create a way to write about a webcomic and at the same time promote it. I have been considering opening a webpage on my comic in which I review/interview webcomic artists for the sake of promotion and my talents in such writing ability.

Here's my catch. I try to review the underdogs and the lesser known. Now, naturally I open this to Keenspacers first, so my question is...

Anyone willing to be a guinea pig for it?

Sure, why not? Sign me up. :D

(Of course, it's even better to get a review when you're not expecting it. I mean, there are very few people who would be upset with you for reviewing their comic without asking first.)

I ahree with Keffria. The surproise factor makes the review so much more exciting.

I would ask for a review. There is only one catch: I only have 7 pages.

Have you thought about contacting Comixpedia? It's fine if you want to do it on your site, but we can always use good interviewers or reviewers.---Al

You shouldn't have made an open request! Everyone and their brother (and their cousin) would like to get an in depth review. :D Count me in if you have enough time!

Also, and it's great that someone's volunteering to do this, but if people need reviews, there's the Buzzcomix Weviews list...it's a long one, but you get multiple ones by peers. ---Al
