The Official Topic! I've already signed up for http://winter2002.keenspace.com but it may be a bit before it goes through, so in the mean time, here's where we're going to plan out the exact details. Hopefully we can convince our Japanese influenced Bretheren over at Keenime to toss their cookies in with us. Chips, I mean... they should toss thier chips... because.... ew.

As many people as possible should join in on this as soon as they think they want to do it, and go ahead and start working on a picture if your schedule permits. The key here is we want these to be funny! If you have the drawing skill to draw some really hot chick, feel free to do so, but see if you can drive a chuckle out of anyone ogling the pinup. That's what makes it a parody. That way even if more than one of these happens, ours will be set apart by the fact that it's actually funny and worth reading. Also it's good publicity for your page, blah blah blah, whatever.

I've only gotten one actual e-mail (at jastermareel@hotmail.com) so far (from Sortelli) to confirm participation, but I'm pretty sure that's because most people didn't see the address in the other topic. If you have a pic, send it there, or better yet, if it's kinda big have it on your site, and send me a link so I can save it on my computer and not have hotmail explode in my face. If it'll take you a while to draw a pic, but you're definitely going to do one, just send me an e-mail saying that. With a definite Winter-oriented subject, so I don't accidentally delete it. Is that everything? Probably not. Questions? Comments?

This is basically a bunch of winter related pictures, like he said, though with more of a theme of "very poorly planned pin-up calendar", as presented by all the artists at Keenspace. I'm going to make banners for it soon, I think, as part of my designing of the webpage. I'll also probably do a "Rate the babes" thing where I attempt to be clever or funny or whatever. You can submit as many pictures as you want, and the pictures will have your name, webcomic, and a link to said webcomic, so it's good cross promotion for everybody, and a lot of fun besides. Plus it makes fun of Keenspot.

Christmas sounds about likely if I start working hard. Which is very doubtful... But hey! I'll try!

That's fine, because the updates won't all come in one big swoop, it will likely keep updating throughout the winter as more people here about and all that, but the sooner everyone can get stuff into me, the better... And I'll try to do a pinup or so two, on top of graphics for the site and all that. Because of the continuous update thing, I'm not going to set a deadline or any of that, but sooner = better.

I'm gonna get started RIGHT NOW! Woot!

No... I think we should avoid all nudity. I mean, y'know, it's winter. Who wants to get naked in the icy cold? Well, those crazy guys who do it in the ice. And pay to do it. But they don't count. And... ew.

And Sortelli... Awesome... just color it or something.

I don't know if I have the guts to color her. She scares me.

Yeah, I was hoping that in the hands of a proper colorist she might look less frightening... Like in the context of something else. Ah well. It's a funny sort of scary, at least.
