That's ok, I wasn't planning on doing much till I gathered more ground in this community anyway.mcDuffies wrote:Mooman, you interested? Sorry, I was intending to pull the names just now, in half an hour. If you're interested, I'll have to put you for later.
And I still wish I had a fridge next to the computer. Then it'd be like "Hey, I want a turkey sandwich." and I'd just lean on over and open the fridge but then I'd go "Wait I forgot to stock it." and boy would it be funny, the look on my face would be priceless.
...
Maybe it's just as well I don't have one, then...

I wouldn't wish it upon anyone, even myself, to have to draw out Convoy; it's about a ghost fleet, meaning many ship shots; and even though it's dark, the artist might wind up having to draw out many details anyway; not to mention all the reference pictures I have of them, to take up space.phactorri wrote:I love horror, what ever you want to write I'll do my best to make it.
I'll have took somthing up too... *gets to brain storming*
Captain Tnyer was still in shock, staring down from the bridge at the crumpled bow of the Lafeyette.
The destroyer's sharp bow was smashed almost all the way back to the superstructure; alarms where sounding all over the ship, and he could only image how many of his crew where dead from the explosion.
He stumbled in horror out onto the deck, peering into the darkness for what he could've hit; out here in the empty ocean.
The night was darker than he had ever seen it, and a strange mist hung over the ship; and the water: as still as a pond.
But squinting his eyes as hard as he could, he could make out a lone form; but he could'nt belive his own eyes at what he saw; a gun turret.
A huge gun turrent the size of a greyhound bus; three huge 16-inch guns coated in slime and muck, a ominous black paint showing through the grime.
No... It couldn't be...
The only thing with turrets like that was a battleship; and no modern navy still sailed one of the giant dreadnaughts.
And even if they did; how could that explain the ship not showing up on the destroyer's radar?
Oo... a great black battleship...
What great fun!!!
I want to go!!
I'm gonna do a new one, anyway; unless you just have a great desire to draw gun turrets and ships.
So you like horror, ne?
I shall ponder this matter, until I think of something.

If I had a webcam, I'd shoot myself drawing papers from the box.

Superlance...
I'm a special effects student in college actually. Horror is my favorite genre.. I might have to break out some Vertigo looking stuff. I like sci fi too.. but yeah it'd take me some time to build some good looking ships, I'd have to do a ton of research to make it correct I'm sure.
btw if you want PM me with your E-mail adress and I'll send you an e-mail so we can get in contact and be able to send each other scripts.

Faub and Ratbert, I'm gonna PM you ideas I have for scripts soon (I came up with second one yesterday). If you prefere some other way of communication, say.
Although, there won't be so much communication, I just want you to verify the general idea, wouldn't want to write something that's totally off for you.

mcduffies... do you want to use this thread as a 'public message update of progress'? nishichi and i have lobbed a couple of PMs back and forth. something will happen.... eventually! stay tuned.

well it could be like what you get when you mix matter and anti-matter... or probably more like when you mix pasta with antipasto.Brockway wrote:Wow, no fanservice and more fanservice than you could ever possibly want join forces!NiShiChi - Xmung
