I can't recall too many webcomic review threads that haven't ended up brimming with controversy. Hoo boy...

Absolutely. A few comments about that...William G wrote:
Comixpedia, (seal molestors they may be) have done a masterful job of getting a spotlight on the meat and potatoes of the webcomics world. They are the best at what they do, end of story. We want to become the best at what we do. And what we do is focus on the more "alternative" stuff. If you wanted to apply that label.
WCE is taking the artform seriously, and trying to do serious reviews (a la The Comics Journal) and interviews. That's where its focus is. It's more of a serious critical review, as the name implies...
Comixpedia is more like---ummm, I hate to say Wizard---but more like Entertainment Weekly. Or Time magazine. We do the news, we do reviews, we do interviews, we do articles (and have I mentioned we are always looking for new talent, espcecially in articles...).
We're more everywebcomicreader.
And there is certainly a need for sites like X Review and the Jaded's review site. I run my OWN peer critique site on Buzzcomix, because I think it answers a need no one else is running.
It's a big internet, and there is room for all...
Especially for parody sites like MODERN HUMOR AUTHORITY. *Grin*---Al

Mine's only thirteen pages right now (I don't think all of them are up, since I'm transferring from a different site)), so if you want another sort of practice run, I'm game. This works perfectly, since Garas has just started and so has the review section. Since there are less pages for Garas, there will not be as detailed of nit-picking.

I'd be interested!
If this is still happening, I'd love to have my webcomic reviewed! There's a link included with my signature, let me know if there's anything else you need.
