For some reason everyone always picks the states over the UK. The amount of English exports I know in Los Angeles... hell I even have some welsh friends to talk rugby with. :)

We have a very good health insurance coverage thank you. Terrible under-equipped hospitals with half-educated doctors in which I never step my foot unless I really have to... but health insurance coverage is good.
