On average, about three to four hours per comic. It can run longer if I screw up my initial penciling and don't catch the error until the digital inking stage. Add a few backgrounds and that can get kicked up to five or six hours.
That's producing the comic. The scripting and blocking of each strip is a process that can span from seconds to weeks. It just depends on how I'm feeling when I sit down to write. Or how bored I am in class.

It varies. If I have to design something or look up a reference a tad longer. Sometimes I can pencil 1 page in under 30 mins. Sometimes I pencil 3 pages an hour... Backgrounds usually add more time. Inking is about the same time, again depending on complex scene... Then the 'coloring' with pencil tones.... that takes an hour or two. And like dave... chat and the internet in general are easy distractions... which is why I try to work away from the computer now.

Totally depends on the page.
Averagely -
IMO: 3-4 hours for pencilling and inking. 2-3 hours for colouring. But if it's an easy page, I can get everything done in 4 hours. If it's a more challenging page, it can take up to 8 hours.
Doppies: These are easy, pencilling and inking takes about two hours.

With my constant procrastination, it takes about a week of working on and off. If I were to measure the actual amount of time working on it, I'd guess about 5 to 6 hours total. But of course, it depends on the complexity of the page.

Best Compliment: MrBob: "Kirb may suck, but at least he isn't annoying."
if you take out procrastination, probably about three hours. 45 min sketching out the basic shapes on paper, then the rest deciding on the layout and GIMPing the comic up.
but i pretty much drag it out over the entire day, so i don't get bored of it
hopefully, after a while i'll be able to draw directly in gimp without having to sketch it to get it right

Time
It takes me a total of 45 mins to an hour per page-- but that is why I do a daily and not a weekly. If I was doing a weekly, I would spend a lot more time on each panel.
I sketch out a week or two worth of story board, then from there I resketch the individual pages.
Each page goes like this:
10 minutes of sketch
10 minutes of thin line ink
10 minutes of grayscale ink shading
scanning
airbrush come grayscale color for background, do the panel lines in white
text bubbles.
The good thing about my comic is that I wrote the story into a novel over a year ago. It hasn't been accepted for publication (yet...I hope so eventually) so I have tons of story material already waiting. A lot of the sketching I do inbetween classes..or when things are really boring, I do them during classes.

At least eight hours, spread out over several days.
The basic sketch takes about two hours, sometime longer if I need to find reference material. I may do a quick thumbnail before the actual sketch. I work on paper "borrowed" from the recycle bin at work, so there may be several early versions in the garbage bin before I get to a sketch I can stand.
Everything else is done in Photoshop, including inking, if you can call it that. The majority of my time is spent futzing with the linework and fiddling with the layout. The dialogue goes in next and is followed by shading and panel outlines.
Add in at least an hour for bouts of self-doubt brought on by a beating from the Inner Critic.
