Have you tried the library, KittyKatBlack? I know that the one in Denver has, for instance, all of Bone and The Tick. Hell, the one at school here has three copies of Tron on laserdisc! Libraries have all sorts of comics sometimes.

I don't know of any libraries here within walking distance. And I last time I borrowed a Snoopy comic book from the library, I found it 5 months later when I cleaned my room. I felt bad. =/ It wasn't on purpose.

Oh, yeah. And I never could get into Tank Girl. Simply because she was a very tacky dresser... worse than JEM. And that's pretty bad.

yah - i hate it when they basically ignore everything that is good about a comic when they adapt it for a movie. often the best bits in a comic are the parts producers can't understand and want to change or dumb down.
can't say i remember much of the tankgirl movie (er, except the blowjob scene... for some reason that has left an impression... owwie!)
Magellan ... super hero cadets - their worst enemy is themselves!
Loxie and Zoot ... cos nudists have adventures too y'know!

The Mask got the same treatment as Tank Girl.

I'm not too familiar with the original book - I've read the original story arc, but not much past it. But I know that the movie sequel to The Mask is ready to hit theatres - and the preview suggests that one of the characters is going to have all of the powers of the Mask, but it's... a baby. A computer animated, grinning, dancing baby.

Romance of the Three Kingdoms - By Luo Guanzhong
Brilliant book, happens to be the foundation of my favourite game and all. Quite involved, however understandable, even for someone of my age (14). Gives a very nice insight on Chinese History ^~;
