what youve done is nothing short of fantasic for a first time...I love them and will come see them often...damn good work ..keep it going no matter where ya have to go to show em..er..just let us know where youll be please.

Dude, if there aren't any critics it won't get any better. It's motivating, yes, but how good is a comic gonna get if people keep saying things like "OMG!!!! SO HILARIOUS! I'M GONNA USE IT AS WALLPAPER AND GET IN NEWSPAPER OR BOOK OMG ROFL!!!" when the joke is only decent to begin with.
But if you learn anything from all this booger, it's this, never, ever, ever, ever, use "OMG" or "WTF" in a comic unless you're mocking someone.

booger, from reading thru the posts you get on the other forum, I suggest you post something on this one asking for a review of your comic and possible suggestions. I see this as a better alternative to just going by what the people over there say, since they seem to think it's God's gift to comics, which it isn't

It's neat that a whole group of people adore your comic, booger, and I hope you do well, but I kind of had to wonder if anyone on that board had read another webcomic before! (I'm sure they have...it's just...)
Look, criticism is one of the best things you can hope to get out of this board...looking down on a review is like flushing your wedding ring down the toilet. Stupid and potentially life-threatening.
It looks like the strips I've seen so far on the Seriously! board aren't too sucky, but they aren't really my style, either, so I won't put them down any further. The art style is fine for the content, and I don't notice that much of a difference between the color ones and the b/w, so you could just do whichever you were in the mood for, etc. Some of them made me laugh.
I hope you have fun doing the comic! It seems like you do.

Don't worry about offending me with any negative comments, guys. I'm not gonna crawl crying back to mommy if someone says they don't like my strip. The fact that you're reading this thread and responding to it shows me that there's at least some interest... or perhaps curiosity. If only a handfull of the curious like what I'm doing, then that makes me happy. If you don't like it, go read somehting else. Not every comic is for everyone. And if you feel like calling me names and telling me how much I suck, go for it. If you have honest critisism, feel free to comment. I love feedback, no matter what form it takes.

Yeah, I did have fun making them, and still am. That's really what it's all about for me. If I'm laughing at them, then I'm accomplishing what I set out to do. If someone else can laugh at them, so much the better.
Once the site is set up, I intend on getting more feedback from these forums. For now, it's still in limbo, and I don't feel right talking too much here about my comic when it isn't even a part of this community yet. I'll just keep this one humble little thread out there for now. (okay, so maybe it's not that humble... and I do have one other thread in the 'help' section... but anyway)

is it?...but i see you have a sence of humor for stupid things,of course im assumeing you are an artist presntly making money with your talent and can see that boogers time and talent is not waisted however if your just trying to get me into an auruement your waisting your time...I wont be drawn into a meaningless talk about my stament that wasnt ment for you anyway...if you wish to discuss it then i suggest you pm me instead of provokeing me in the open with your statment..it was directed at me personally and only qualifys as senceless flameing...you sir are a troll.

Your writing is... okay. Might have potential, but presently, it's a tad mediocre.
Your artwork is kind of lacking, though.
I'd say work on making your artwork okay, or your writing above-average.
And changing your online nickname.
By the way, Ratbert. Excellent reasoning in this thread. Being both critical and supportive is a difficult thing to do as well as you seem to be managing here.
