Streamed BBC One today, and watched Sherlock before its American release.

We were 100% ready to intensely dislike Mary (as per man-sex fandom rule). We're a little disappointed that we didn't.

Today I put a cup of water outside to see how long it would take to freeze solid.

Not as cool as putting a bar of soap in the microwave, but whatev.

Found the facebook of one of my friends from 8th grade. He's married already, and I would be jealous, but my happiness overwhelms that, because he's gay and this is the future where that is even possible :')

Tonight I hung out with some friends at a made-up holiday feast. And last night I went dancing for the first time in ever...

Someone close to me said I'm going through a "Peter Pan" phase due to my current group of friends being quite a bit younger than me, but she's kind of humorless. So I must be doing something right.

Today I was very happy for a moment because I saw M&M linking a comic and thought they had fulfilled their promise to start doing comics again.

Then I saw it was just an old comic and I was sad.

Then I was nostalgic for there old comic and was happy.

Then I remembered that it's over and was sad.

It was a real emotional roller coaster.

I tried to snazz up my site a bit, I have a few more tweaks I want to do but I just wanted to change a small thing today. Well, in trying to do that, I destroyed the earth, but then eishiya from SJ helped make it look the way I wanted it to ;u;

So I decided to go skiing tonight to work out some frustration. I'd decided to go to the little ski resort to avoid crowds, and for some unknown reason it was closed.

The other ski place was open, but this cost me half an hour of ski time that was already quite limited since I went after work.

But at least I skied and didn't break a wrist or anything.

No, the skiing made me happy. It helps you clear your head.

I'm not saying that 2 hours of it makes you a zen master or anything, but it gets me out of an empty apartment and lets me concentrate on not falling off the ski lift or anything. That's kind of happy. Ish.

We actually DID just get a Denny's on Long Island a couple of years ago, though. Also, a Sonic. We'd been getting commercials for them since as long as we can remember, but there weren't any actually here. When they finally built them, there were lines for WEEKS; it was nuts.
