Hey! there's no law agaisnt saying your mother-in-law is hawt then divorcing your wife and making sweet sweet ex-brother and sister -in-laws

It's just frowned upon.

I see how he got 23...

Twenty-three is 11 letters. Thirty is six letters. That's 113 total.

Four is 4 letters. 113/4 = 28 remainder 1.

28 minus 1 is 27.

27 minus Four is 23.

Thus, Nanda is twenty-three years old.
