I never really got into it. Every time I go to read it, I always get sidetracked. Looks good though.

What's the point of posting a thread to ask whether people like one single comic

Teacher had a book. Read it in class. got hooked. Got low grade.

Love it.

I'm looking foward to the release of the show (November 5 or 8, i don't remember). Neko mentioned that it looked impressive, so im looking foward to it.

why ask why?

I like Boondocks too, and since meeting McGruder I've liked it more- it's neat when you can see someone's personality shine through their art (he's very outspoken).

I'm not sure how well it will translate into a TV show though.

I usually like it, and sometimes it makes me laugh out loud.

But, I don't like that, on occasion, McGruder will forgo a joke just to make a statement... I don't think he's a bad writer or unintelligent, but I do think there are ways to make a point, and entertain your audience. If you can do both, then you've done something.

I've seen the first act of the first episode. And while I love the comic, I'm worried that the cartoon might have too much of a racist/hate crime-like overtone. But, I only saw the begining of it, so maybe I need to see the conclusion to get a better opinion of it so far.

The comic rock though.

But... Mutts has this feel to it like it's 100 years old. In the GOOD way. That's unique in todays comics.
