Take the PCC $100 guest strip challenge!
Take the PCC $100 guest strip challenge!
---Yep, I'm taking a much needed vacation from October 10-17, and I'm gonna need guest strips. But not being able to leave well enough alone, I always like to give a little back for folks' trouble, so it's gonna be a contest. Simply put, the strip I feel is the best of the lot will win $100 straight from my Paypal account (or personal check if you don't have one). Only rules I have for consideration is that each entry should stay within our usual PG-13 guidelines, and the strips in question should be all original art (no cut and paste from the PCC archives, please), but other than that it's pretty much all good. Deadline is Friday, October 8th; submissions should be sent to andrah@hotmail.com. Thanks again!

---Spread the word, if you would. I have no idea where else to mention this; I just did it here because it's one of three forums that I frequent.
---I live by the adage that time is money, and if I need something, I see no reason to not give something back. I need strips because I'm taking a vacation, so it's upon me to find the best way to facilitate that. I feel $100 is an equitable amount that's within my budget (nobody seems to want to answer my advertising inquiries this month, so that $100 is prize money).

---I wouldn't worry about it. PCC doesn't have that big an audience, so it's unlikely too many will find out.Col wrote:Crap, now everyone's gonna be asking for a prize when they do a guest strip.
