I could try to do a pin up, but with my characters I don't think anyone would care.

I know I've put some filler art in place of a comic from time to time. Never really had anything that I think would be described as a pinup, just whatever picture I had floating around done that could be put up for lack of the comic for a day or so. I did go back not too long ago and get rid of the filler from my achvies, the recent ones at least. Little of what I draw really fits the bill of "pinup" though.

filler art is the devil~! the devil!!! but it is alot of fun to do. especially if your stuck. I'm still running a few weeks ahead so I haven't had the chance to do pin up art. unless you count my end chapter pic...

It's not a pinup, but I wish it was. It's just a doodle I made while waiting to meet my teacher at uni.

I don't like to put any kind of fillers instead of comics. If I did, that is probably guest art (excuse: to give more spotlight to artist) or comics made of copy&paste or with a lot more sketchy art (excuse: it's still something to read).
And I don't feel like drawing pinups of my characters. I can't help but relate it to the current characterisation and actual comic setup, and none of my characters was actually ever in situation to shoot a pin-up. And some of them would never agree to it anyway.

Closest thing I ever made to a pin-up:

Image

I was practising drawing my character in her new outfit, and I liked how it came out. Never used it as a comic substitute, though.

I gotta admit, the advent of consumer orientated mass customization has made the activity of buying shoes so much more enjoyable!

With such outfit, who needs a pinup?
