You're kidding...? I have never met someone who shared my birthday before. :o I was beginning to think I was the only one.

I turned 24 last February. I was born in 1980 so I remember when Breakdancing was really really awesome. I've been drawing since I could hold a pencil and I've been doing my comic for about a year now, though I only started posting it this past november. I'm glad I'm not the oldest or the youngest, and it's kinda neat that even though we're of different ages, we all converse kinda as equals.

August 16th, 1986. I've been drawing since I-don't-know-when, but my current comic is the only "serious" project I've ever started, and I've been drawing it since July 2003.

I'm 50. One of my sons is older than the guy who started this thread.
But on the Internet, everybody acts the mental age of twelve, so it evens out.---Al
PS. I misread the initial post. My middle son, Brian (the eldest died several years ago) was born in April, so he's a LITTLE younger than the guy who does White Hydra. They're both 18, though.

I was born September 8th, 1979, which makes me 24 (soon 25). I still consider myself very young (wasn't a teen *that* long ago), thank you very much.

Well, we share the date with F. Murray Abraham and Kevin Kline, so I'd say we're in good company!

Seems the demographic for Keenspace artists spikes high at the 18-25 range, huh?
I'm 18. Which means the Challenger exploded 18 and a half years ago. I was born that day...I swear it wasn't my fault! :o

My dad's birthday is October 24th. I used to know someone else whose birthday was that same day, too.

Man, so many July birthdays on this board! In elementary school I was always only one of about two people in my class that had a July birthday (and thus never got to celebrate my birthday in school... ;p)

June 24th, '86. So I'm finally 18 now, nice and legal :)
Though you'd never tell by looking at me, I have some friends that absolutly refuse to consider I'm under 23.. ON my Moms' 40th she had someone ask if we were sisters..I was twelve at the time x.x

Born December 25, 1985 and I'm 18 years old.
Been working on Tank'd for 4 months and its been online for 3. I've been drawing legible drawings since 2nd grade, although I still think I need to work on my drawing techniques...

I wonder if any of the Keenspace cartoonists were born on a leap year...

24! You know what's the best thing about being born in 80? My age always matches the year (sorta) So now it's 2004....I'm 24. I figure this'll come in handy when senility sets in.

Actually, I edge you out by a few months. March of '71. My birthday buddies are.. Tom Arnold, Ed McMahon and Shaquille O'Neal. Kill me now. Oh, wait, there's also the opera singer Kiri Te Kanawa, so maybe all is not lost.

I don't drink alcohol (I've got enough bad habits without adding that one) but I've always looked about 10 years older then I am, and was getting offered drinks in restaurants at about 14.

But to get back to the original topic of this thread, the real reason that the cartoonists looked so old was because that's what 7-day-a-week cartooning does to you: turns you into a pasty-skinned white-haired gnome.

I was in a history class with Shaq. That boy was unbelievably tall in real life! He didn't make too many classes though, if memory serves.
