Liberal at what?
God only knows what kind of tortures the word "liberal" has been subjected to in Oklahoma... ;)

Lord, the stories I could tell you of "liberals" in Oklahoma. There ain't many of 'em (in fact, the most liberal person I know in this state is actually from California).

I didn't know I made that legal again... :P
They did, and apparently having 10 people in a room without shoes touching each other isn't considered an orgy anymore (not in oklahoma :cry: .)

Unfortunately I lost the url of the page where crimes against nature was worded so that it made any and all sex illegal.
It made me chuckle.

Congratulations, you're arguing with me wothout me being involved.

If I get it right, you're saying that whatever I parody, that means that I respect it at least a bit? I assure you I parodied mostly stuff I have no respect for, so far in my life.

I myself have absolutely no respect for Boy Bands. Hasn't stopped me from parodying them a couple of times.

"Getting" fed up with Megatokyo??

MixedMyth wrote:Well, the basic image is that of a sad, beautiful, probably underage girl with enormous eyes in a melencholy snowscape. It happens now and again in anime and manga, Megatokyo's just got a reputation for it.
The difference is, there's never anything "beautiful" about Piro's amatuerish pencil-scrawlings.

Okay...

Here's a sad doodle. Sad because it portraits how I feel right now.

This is stupid. I'll try to draw something better later.

Hee hee. I dunno, I really like it, RPn.

And I REALLY like the sad snowflake in the snow, brockway. 8}

About Megatokyo...I actually found it funny at first when Largo was around. The PS2/Satan comic is still classic to my mind, mostly because I was one of the ones waiting for a PS2 at that point. But yeah. No longer ;}

Back to the topic...I'll try and get more stuff up soon as I can! Dratted papers I need to write in order to graduate...

Maybe beauty is just in the eye of the beholder, but I don't get it. What's wrong with Piro's art?

If you criticise his writing, that I can understand. But to snipe at his art to that degree and then call it amateurish just seems a bit off to me.

Pray enlighten me. I feel this need to understand why there is such animousity towards Piro's art.

I must be missing something vital here.

Personally, I rather like Megatokyo's art style. I also just like making fun of things, whether I like them or not (I'm not afraid of making fun of myself and my obsessions).
