It's luann meets sin city. It was just a fun doodle but now I'm thinking about writing a mini comic for it. Done in the proud tradition of really bad slash fan service fan fiction.
being bored the other day, I doodled a small eyeball with an eyeliner pencil I never use and said to myself "wow, that blends so nicely." So I tried another doodle with the eyeliner pencil and colored some parts with eye shadow. I also took a lipliner pencil to the mouth, but didn't like it as much as the eyeliner.
Took a photo of it, because I'm afraid the eyeliner would be too greasy to stick in my scanner, and didn't want to chance it.
I did once, a long time ago, when I didn't understand how to use most of the mediums I came across. I should go buy some when I have the time to sit around and do art all day.

He does look fabulous in just a bed sheet *giggle*
I like the Deviant-Art stock photography and resources section - that's where references for these came from. There's quite a few folks that provide their photos free of charge, and only ask for you to give them credit as a resource and note them if you use their stuff. There are some that limit what they allow to be done with their work, too. Lockstock is one of my favorites, she's very creative with her photos/themes and the images are crystal clear. PM me if you want some more names, I've got several on my watch list
