See, the problem is that if women hear it from men, they'll think they're being objectified, and they won't do it.

But if a fellow woman kindly suggests it, it's in the spirit of togetherness. They're still being objectified, but by people who are willingly being objectified with them.
This is going in my notebook titled "Things I Didn't Know about Surface Dwellers."

Well, I fall in two categories.

I have been writer/artist for most of my projects, but I have also been a writer only (and am now, on one of my projects), and an artist only too. Once :)

So, a mixture.

Pssst! Guess what? Men are likely going to objectify you even if you wear a nun's habit. In fact, possibly even more so, because our imaginations are free to run wild about what you might (or might not) have on under there.

I get what you're saying, but I'm just pointing out it's largely a matter of internal perception a la "I'm not doing this because someone else wants me to do it - - I'm doing it because I want to do it!"

Well duh. I know that. I like women too, remember?

I'm just saying that a lot of women will get stubborn if they think guys just want them to do something so they get to see titties. You have to be more subtle in demands like that.

This is true. Subtlety is important. A crowded street, copious amounts of alcohol, and free plastic beads - - all practically Machiavellian in their soft-spoken persuasiveness. :P

Female writer and artist here. I can't really see myself entrusting any part of my comic with someone else. I like to be in control. :D
