ARTIST WANTED:

Author looking for comic strip artist.

Art style:

Black and white illustrations.
Only simple illustrations. (along the lines of ?The Peanuts? or the early ?Calvin and Hobbes? and the early ?Garfield? comics in style.)

Format:

Single row.
Three to five panels (sometimes, just one)

Pay:

Will be negotiated. (No promises, though)

Art Supplies:

Could possibly pay for.

Work set up:

I?ll send you the scripts that I write up. (I?ll be as thorough as possible when writing them, so don?t worry about not knowing what to draw.)

The strip, itself:

It?s your typical talking cat and talking dog comic. If you?ve read ?Get Fuzzy?, ?Garfield?, or ?Faux Pas?, you?ve seen comics along these lines. It's about a cat, Boston, and a dog, Prancer, and is a "simple gag" strip by nature, though it will have story arcs. Its about two comical talking pets who go on various insane and hilarious adventures. Their master is sometimes dragged into it.
It has no set plot, as it will be pretty episodic most of the time.
