If you mean the one with the girl spazzing out at the fridge, I'm not sure, the one following it, with the blue haired boy, is called Jungle wa Itsumo Hare Nochi Guu. It's very, very strange and quite humourous.

Nyaroll is cute, until the third repeat of her little dance.

I had something rude to say about France until I remembered it has become mainstream American to say nasty things about France and thus no longer amusing. (Mainstream British was still amusing because I am in America)

And I wish I could move like spazzing-out girl. That was impressive acrobatic movement there.

Heh, funny. Not bad, M&M. Incidentally, the girl freaking out at the fridge is a scene from 'Kanon'. The girl is freaking out because the boy just dropped some cold and slimy food item down the back of her shirt, I forget what it's called.
