Alright... I just got the approval for a bit of light arm binding on the wife... and I'm wondering if it's an appropriate time to up the ante a bit.

Heck ... what's she gonna do about it, with her arms all tied up?

Post your favorite ties, though I'm not planning on inflicting any pain for tonight. My current plans are for a nice box tie, and I'm open for suggestions at that point. URL's appreciated.

Also ... I've got some thin rope i was thinking of using doubled, a pretty standard thing, I'm sure. I was wondering if a thick 1/2" soft nylon might be okay in single?

(yes, I'm inexperienced. So, for safety's sake, I may just leave it at a box and some breastesses.)

These are the sites that I've used for info and ideas. I like ds-arts' site the best because it has that handy "how to tie the knots" link to the boyscout's page. I wouldn't up it just yet, but I'd say try diffrent arm bindings.

I think the idea was more that you shouldn't be trying anything she hasn't consented to beforehand. TPE requires trust, and she probably won't have it if you up the ante just because she can't do anything about it.

I'm not surprised by the responses in retrospect, however, I meant upping the ante somewhat in jest. There will be no breach in trust. We've got quite a few years under our canopy of experimentation.

In fact, I'm simply providing for the possibility that she wants the ante upped.
I'd hate to come up short.

one thing to note..
check the bindings to make sure they're not too tight, espically around the wrists. I did that to my boyfriend once. It didn't help that he was pulling on the rope and being naughty

1/2" is good rope, I personally use a 3/4" nylon myself, with the ends taped to prevent nasty scrapes or unpleasantness.

Have fun, and don't forget how to un-tie the knots, when you're done.

You can melt the ends to prevent fraying, I did that to mine and it has worked well. The only problem with synthetics is that the knots sometimes slip out.

The wider the rope, the more comfortable it is, usually. A 3/4" rope, while being small enough to work with and restrain, won't be digging into your appendages if you tie it a bit too tight, like a smaller rope would. 1/2" should be plenty, though. I just like to be overly cautious.

And if I could afford it, I'd go for a silk rope. If you can't stand synthetics, a good hemp would work, if the ends were properly tied.

As for the melting of the ends, that's what I did with mine. I just taped the ends up so they wouldn't have those sharp plastic edges on 'em.

I've tied my cock up before.

Fun trick to do if you have foreskin: take a piece of soft fuzzy dental floss (or any very soft string really) and wrap it (snugly, not tightly) around the part just under the head of the cock. Do a double wrap so it's secure enough, and then extend the string and roll your foreskin back into place. Then tug on the string to your heart's content.
