I agree, and making up silly suggestions is always fun. How is it unreasonable to say, "You should ask before you stick your dick in her ass or start using dirty talk she might not like, quit freaking over the size of it, women deserve oral sex too, and for fuck's sake don't try to shove her head down when she's sucking you off"?

Fair enough, but it's the kind of phrasing most people would use if they're talking about themselves, not what they think other people think. "Guys seriously hate it when..." or "About the worst thing you could do to a man is..." or "It's really bitchy to make your boyfriend..." If I said something like "You know when you're about to come, and he stops licking, and it really sucks?" I'd be talking about something I've experienced.

I don't think so, I just reckon whoever it is (female or not - and incidentally I do believe she's female) has a dirty mouth, so it might read strangely to folk who aren't used to foul-mouthed women, like the gender is tangled or something.
