The other day I was with a cabal of my fellow scary writerfolk in Finnerty's, the on-campus coffee shop, and I happened to look up and spy the ad copy on a box of beef jerky. I don't remember exactly, but it read something like, "Hot and spicy beef stick! Satisfying at twice the size!"
Is it just me or can that not possibly be an accident?

at least SlimJim doesn't mess around about it... I loved it when they adopted the ad slogan of the SlimJim guy going "Eat Me!!"

What's better is the dashed line pointing to it. Unless I'm mistaken, that's one of those store displays that has height markers on it so that kids can see how tall they are.

Think of that, then think of where those cookie balls are in relation to that height marker . . . "You must be this tall to be teabagged by the ruler." Imagine being a mother and watching your kids running to stand under that thing . . .

I concur. If you look for such images then you can turn pretty much any picture/slogan into an inuendo (sp?). You'd be surprised where you can find "subliminal phallic imagery" shall we say.

along witht eh ruler penis on that sign, I can't help but notice, also the ball with the heart around it. I've always said that the symbol commonly used as a drawn heart, really looks like an upsidedown, spread labia. The ball in the middle, looking like a darking hole, doesn't help me get the image out of my mind.

As for that labia... I can't quite picture it myself as I always thought the lips spread directly side to side, not down...

But then, I haven't had enough experience to be able to say for sure.

I didn't see it at first... but then I squinted my eyes and I was like "Whoa! a vagina!!!" I personally tend to see hearts upside down as a ballsack...
