I believe it's called "mask play". There's an even more disturbing site called something like Kerry's Mask On or something...
Lemme see if I can't find it...
Oh yes, here it is.
Appearently this sort of stuff scares the living shit out of Hyung Sun Kim. Gives me the jibblies too. I think it's the blank unchanging expressions.

That is some seriously creepy shit. The unchanging expression combined with a (lame) attempt to appear seductive. It's like a Real Doll has been taken over by the Pod People. Bleah.
"It is the difference between the unknown and the unknowable, between science and fantasy - it is a matter of essence. The four points of the compass be logic, knowledge, wisdom and the unknown. Some do bow in that final direction. Others advance upon it. To bow before the one is to lose sight of the three. I may submit to the unknown, but never to the unknowable. The man who bows in that final direction is either a saint or a fool. I have no use for either."

There was a coffee table book on fetishes about 7-8 years ago called Deviant Desires and Kerry was featured in the section on mask play.Ghastly wrote:I believe it's called "mask play". There's an even more disturbing site called something like Kerry's Mask On or something...

hrm, i guess i'm unique here in that i've always rather liked the idea, though mostly because to my knowledge, one of the hallmarks of it is one doesn't talk while cosplaying with such a mask, and so of course that means that it's fully possible that the unchanging mask face is just what's hiding the excessive bondage gear underneath.
i mean, i don't see any reason why a girl couldn't partake of kigurumi play, either, cosplaying as a character of whatever gender (similar to i don't see any reaosn why a guy couldn't do it as a character of either gender), but then again, my first in-person exposure to cosplay was a convention where all the sexy Sesshoumaru cosplayers were actually female, all the sexy Sailor Moon cosplayers were male, and there was Man-Fei... so i'm probably fairly off-kilter where cosplay is concerned.

Of course you want to examine the seams for quality of workmanship. Isn't that why people post these things? To show off their mad sewing skills?LindaH wrote:what i found freaky is the extreme closeups!
This webcomic, seen here is hosted on the free web host Comic Genesis which pretty much proves its not popular.
