Halloween!

Yeah, being in college i dont have my parents nagging me to go to school even when i'm sick. Which i am. So i skipped classes today, notthing major.

I miss trick or treating... it was never much fun but for getting to spend time with friends.

But now i can have more grown up (read - skanky) costumes such as the pics above show, i feel no need to go around begging for candy..; it gets given to me. heeh.

Ive grown out of trick or treating, Im far too old for that kind of thing. Plus, my neighbourhood is far too dangerous for it anyway. I dont get kids knocking on my door, their all too busy transporting crack and/or reporting to their pimps.

Eh, you're normal high school age. I mean, i'm not yet 18 but that's because i started kindergarten a wee bit early.

Thankies!!! I love my wingses... and the skirt is borrowed, so i need to buy me one...

I actually have done some pretty cool things in the past - cat demon, catgirl, cat (haha), dinosaur egg, cowgirl, hippie, red crayon, toy store, pay phone.... good times. Good times.

My mom (creative genius) sewed little toys and stuffed animals onto a black sweatshirt and sweatpants for me when i was 8 or so... we put on price tags and i was wearing this bird had that had a sign saying "Sara's toy store"

There's generally a lull of Halloween activity around middle school and high school. It picks up a bit in college, because everyone's a bit more childish at college

It even continues pretty well into your 20's and out of college, if you're up for it. I went to two parties this weekend in costume (mostly, they were drinking events).

And to answer the obvious question, I went as a demon priest.

There was a girl trick or treating in my hall...she got to my door and asked, and I was soooo tempted (because her bag was already full to bursting) to say "Hey, free candy!" and grab a handful.

Instead, I gave her my last Mr. Goodbar.

Yeah I like Halloween, even though I'm 18 I can take my siblings out Trick or Treating and no one says I'm too old for it.

Squee! Candy! I went trick or treating! I didn't go the past two years because the first year I left it to last minute to ask anyone to come with me and they all had other things to do, and last year I went to see the Used in concert. This year I went as Alex from <i>A Clockwork Orange</i>. It was bad ass. I'll put up pics when I get them.

Sara, you look hot if you don't mind me saying. The dark faerie costume is awesome.
