Here's the real question: to what does that comment apply?

Is despairing in how the boss has succumbed to memefication?

Is he suggestion a caption for the picture?

Is he disappointed that he's finally realized that every last person on the forum [excluding myself] is either homosexual or closeted?

Gonna need to get my hands on a pic of my cat, Tabitha. She's cute, but she has the most obnoxious "MREOW!" (Think along the lines of the cat getting whacked in Monty Python and the Holy Grail, and you're on the right track.)

I've been showing all the cat pics to people, and one of my friends found this pic of a sleepy kitty and sent it to me in an email with the line - "Is it can be hibornashun tiem now plees?" So I put the text in the picture! yay for MS paint.
