Site doesn't load

Post by DIDGIN »

For some reason, I cannot enter ghastlycomic.com, my browser just doesn't load it. I haven't seen anyone here writes it doesn't work so oddly the problem is in my server, but only with that site.

The buttom line is that I can't see today's comic :(
All around hear the sound
No-one can stop us now,
A thousand rules for plastic fools
Now they can take a bow.
Surely there's been time to see it dosn't work by now,
So if I like it, I do it

None of the keenspace sites I've tried are working, nothing about it in the help forum though, I have no idea what's going on.

*sigh* We had such a good crash free run going too. But I've been suspecting this was comming. It's been getting slower and slower and buggier and bugger lately.

I'm sure Kisai is on it gang.

starts issuing dickgirls & tentacle monsters to the gathering angry mob
*normally it'd be pitchforks & torches, but i figured dickgirls & tentacle monsters would be more appropriate for this board*

It didn't work for me either this morning, but I had been showing my friend Ben some recent Ghastly comics earlier, so I used that URL that it had remembered in the address bar, and it worked just fine.

No problems here.
"It is the difference between the unknown and the unknowable, between science and fantasy - it is a matter of essence. The four points of the compass be logic, knowledge, wisdom and the unknown. Some do bow in that final direction. Others advance upon it. To bow before the one is to lose sight of the three. I may submit to the unknown, but never to the unknowable. The man who bows in that final direction is either a saint or a fool. I have no use for either."

I blame Skynet.

It seems like a lot of sites have been crashing and burning lately. Yesterday Fark, RVB forums, most of Gaia(what else is new?), and one of my winamp radio stations refused to work for most of the day. I dunno what's going on, and I hope it's all unrelated, but there's always that lingering suspicion that something is happening on the web....

There's a virus that affects phpBB. It's been hitting a lot of places and taking them down.

*gets into an orgy with the dickgirls and monsters and forgets to protest* (pun intended)
