Dejan Miličević, he's a Serbian born photographer/filmmaker who has made dozens of music videos for various performers in various Eastern European countries. Though for me, there are two videos in his videography that stand out.

Yes, they are essentially the same music video. But it seems his intention is to make one of these videos with pop stars in each country in Eastern Europe, and then I salute you sir!
