Actually, come to think of it, the anal sex is pretty logical (with House as the bottom).

Well pardon me for answering an ambiguous question.

Anyway, I don't know for sure but I'd say it's more likely that s/he's just learned how to imitate the art style Disney's developed. There are books on it.
