birth control does up the amount of estrogen to some small extent. estrogen is known to decrease sexual pleasure in both women and men folk.
start working out to up the testosterone in your body. no need to bulk up or go over the top.

semen has high level of testosterone, having that in direct contact with your skin some of it will be absorbed and help out that way as well

I don't know of any testosterone rich foods, but I do know soya beans are high in estrogen, so if you eat those often try cutting back a little as well
