(um - glad yer okay Churba).
Sure you can, it still looks like monopoly money. Now it's just colourful AND valuable.
Then again, our money is goofy looking too now.

(Hmm, maybe it really is a conspiracy.)

have you seen the new 5, holy crap what the fuck were they smoking when they designed that ugly piece of shit. Crack would have made them more creative I think. It looks like they polled some Kindergarten class and went with every crappy design submitted.

I confess that I wonder how many conpiracy theories have some solid basis on truth, and how many are completely and utterly fabricated.

....as much as I find conspiracy theories distasteful, I haven't heard an adequate explaination for what happened to World Trade Tower 7 (which wasn't even on the same block). Any of you guys know the story on that?

I think I'm in love. It feels good. I don't want to curse it.
I shall keep myself in oysters for the rest of the week, thank you very much.

Ever since reading the first comic in Savvie & Lacey.

And Bri... It's always a good sign when members of the military establishment mock citizens who have the temerity to question the veracity and authority of the government, don't you think?

*considers the above*

You know, I know someone who ... really wouldn't get along with Honor simply on the grounds that he can't wrap his head around the idea of "differing opinions", let alone "debate." Opinions that are even slightly different from "Bush are teh_dev0l" are automatically "stupid." He runs a MUSH, and he's banned even mentioning hamburgers on the public channel because he's a vegetarian. I've been told that apparently, disagreeing with him on political/etc. subjects is now a banning offense.

The clincher, though, was that when I was still there, when someone else made snide comments about a forum about conspiracy theorists with respect to moon/mars/UFOs/etc (he was talking about how the people on the forum accused him of being a government agent who was spreading misinformation because he provided reasonable, realistic alternatives to the tinfoil-hattery they were engaged in), the aforementioned friend stressed the need to respect other peoples' opinions, which was one of the things that made me go "That's it, I'm outta here."

One of the things I like about this forum is that you can actually have debates. Even if they, uh, often collapse into the same debate between the same group of people. n.n;

I confess that despite booking and arranging it entirely voluntarily (including arguing with my mother about it), I am absolutely terrified about my impending trip to South Africa.. what on earth possessed me to do this! :-?

You too?! My dear, I know exactly your feelings. I'm completely and madly ass-over-teakettle in love, and feel like the day is right around the corner when my sweet girl is going to just wake up one morning and feel like she's made a terrible mistake in giving her love to me.

Completely irrational, of course, but who said love and logic ever went hand in hand?
