That's really beautiful!

However, living in a comic book world, I don't believe the bird is dead until you show me a body! As far as I know, he had a parachute and he landed safely, damn it! Otherwise, the "THUMP!" at the end wouldn't have sounded like that. Going at that speed, he would've just liquified upon hitting, but he obviously thumped, therefore he landed.

That video was one of the more awesome things I've seen in a long time, and I watch a lot of TV and internets. (hell, it's practically my job nowadays, at least the TV part)
Didn't quite make me cry, but it did send me to that special "happy place" usually reserved for movies like 'Grave of the Fireflies.'
It reminded me of another sad/sweet video I'd seen recently, but which has become lost to my potentially thousands of bookmarks.
