I liked him a lot better back in the WCW. His feud with Dean Malenko was probably the high point of his career. But now, he's just so watered-down and generic that I don't care anymore. Plus the fact that he wrestles like a woman doesn't help much either.

That's what I'm saying... about the watering down.

The WWF's partnering Chris Jericho reduced him to having almost no character whatsoever. They should let him standalone. I mean, I thought his first feud with Shamrock was plenty entertaining.

The other problem is the WWF. Everything is reduced to catchprase, marketing, catchphrase, marketing. Take this "What?" It's not really that entertaining. Or entertaining at all. But it's a catchphrase and it's marketable.

Maybe I have too much faith in Jericho as I do in, say, Hulk Hogan, but it seems to me that I can't be expected to fully evaluate Jericho until the WWF drops the harness they're using to prop him up.
Oh, I'm sorry. I'm still trying to adjust to the new forums.
