Nope, it's from SLC Punk. Heroin Bob is going on about the evil of chemicals, and tells about how Napoleon was killed with poison.

"You know Napoleon, right? He was put on this island when the French got sick of him. They SAY he died of stomach problems but he was really poisoned by arsenic! A preservative! And you know how they could tell? By his hair. His fucking hair! They could see how long he'd been poisoned by tracing it up his hair. If you do enough hits of that stuff, you're dead!"
